The Katharine Drexel Conference Center, located at the Saint Charles Center is named for the only saint who has visited Lake Charles. The Drexel Center can house sixty (60) retreatants overnight in two dormitories with fifteen (15) bunk beds each. The Center is anchored around a great room and a dining hall.

The Drexel Conference Center also has two large shower rooms for retreatants, a staff room for those giving the retreat, a full kitchen and a small meditation chapel.

To facilitate movement between Camp Karol and the Drexel Center, the facility has a 14 passenger (non-CDL) bus that can be used.
